Stepping in as a fresh re‑imagining of the former Forgotten Skills area, this feature will invite visitors to explore a diverse range of creative disciplines — each led by passionate experts who love sharing their craft.
Crafts showcased at the show this year will include:

  • Mosaics
  • Japanese Paper Marbling
  • Rag Rug Making
  • Wet Felt Making
  • Textiles
  • Stone Carving
  • Stained Glass
  • Watercolour Painting

From the vibrant patterns of mosaic art to the fluid beauty of Japanese marbling and the tactile world of textiles and felt, Creative Breaks offers something for every curious mind and creative spirit. Visitors can meet the makers, watch demonstrations, and learn how to get involved in one of their year‑round courses.
