Future of Farming Theatre: Specialist Advice for Farmers and Land Professionals

Farmers Tickets

As a charity raising awareness of agriculture, horticulture and countryside practices, we are delighted to offer tickets for farmers wanting to attend Royal Three Counties Show. Our ‘Farmers Tickets’ are available to purchase at various locations, and you will require proof of your involvement in farming. Three Counties is proud to support the farming community and give British agriculture a platform by investing in Royal Three Counties Show each year for families to discover and enjoy.

Networking & Social Events

Our social events bring farmers together such as CLA Big Breakfast (Friday) and part-funded Stockman’s Dinner (Saturday evening – tickets available to purchase with entry forms). There are also reduced prices in Stockman’s Cafe for exhibitors.

Receptions and networking opportunities will be also be hosted by Michelmores, River Severn Partnership Advanced Wireless Innovation Region, Virgin Money and Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE).

Additionally, a mini careers fair will be held on the Saturday, from 4pm in the Future of Farming Theatre, demonstrating the breadth of opportunities in agriculture, horticulture and the rural sector.

NFU Tent

The NFU welcomes members from across the area into our marquee for complimentary tea, coffee and cake. This area is a hub for farming discussions, with the NFU president speaking to members about the hot topics within the agricultural sector each year. There will also be chance to catch up with advisors and specialists across the three days.

 

Young Farmers Clubs

Young Farmers from across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire will be returning to battle it out in a series of competitions, including a tug of war. Their theme this year is the West End and musicals.

Young Farmers Club members receive discounted tickets to the show and are given a platform for their activities throughout the weekend, making it an event not to be missed. YFC member tickets can be purchased on the gate each day of the show. Bring your YFC membership ID badge with you for proof.

Livestock Showing

The very best of British agriculture is celebrated at Royal Three Counties Show, with a prize fund of £125,000 gifted by Three Counties.

Different classes champion rare breeds, and provide a platform for farmers to show their prized stock, this year including watch list interbreed for cattle, sheep and pigs plus many more.

Young Handler classes are available to enter, encouraging young people into the practice of showing livestock.

Machinery and Equipment

Packed with the latest cutting-edge machinery from big name brands, the  ‘Machinery Mile’  is the place you’ll find makes such as John Deere, Kubota, Caterpillar, Toyota, Massey Ferguson and Fendt showcasing tractors, combines, balers, sprayers, forklifts, diggers and other agricultural machinery.
