What’s On Overview

Demonstrations

On Friday 12 June, George Uren of Pit Kitchen and Lean & Wild will be cooking a variety of dishes with sustainable, locally sourced ingredients throughout the day. George will be cooking Lamb Chump with sweet Zhoug dressing and grilled breads and Pork and shrimp hot dogs topped with pickles and fermented chilli mayonnaise.

For the first time, you’ll find more live fire demos in the Food & Drink Festival Theatre this year.

Beefy Boys’ Burger Competition, supported by Weber

The Beefy Boys BBQ Competition will return on Saturday 13 June, with seven spaces available this year. It will once again be hosted by Herefordshire’s very own award-winning chef Anthony ‘Murf’ Murphy, one of the four founders of the increasingly popular independent restaurant group, The Beefy Boys.

Beefy Boys’ Burger School, supported by Weber

The Beefy Boys Burger School will return to the Food & Drink Festival, bigger, juicier and with even more spaces on Sunday 14 June, after selling out every session at last year’s show. This hands‑on workshop is hosted by none other than Murf from The Beefy Boys, officially crowned the UK’s No.1 Burger Chef, making it one of the hottest tickets of the whole weekend. It’s the perfect bonding event for a child and parent or a couple.

Attendees will create two unique burgers with their choice of toppings and sauces, while learning about various patty styles and insider tips. Even better, anyone taking part will also be able to enjoy their personalised burgers once they’ve finished making them. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available.

A limited number of pre-bookable only spaces are available for Sunday – click here to book. Please note, tickets for admission to Royal Three Counties Show must be purchased in addition to this experience. Please read booking terms on the booking page.
