Learn how to rustle up delicious dishes in our NEW look Food & Drink Theatre 2025.

The Food and Drink Festival, sponsored by Hawkstone, Theatre which sits at the heart of the Royal Three Counties Show is set to be the place to go for all things food and drink at this year’s event!

Guests proving cookery demos in this theatre this year include:

Matt Tebbutt, Eat Wild, Beefy Boys (Murf), Veg Life, Wild Food UK, Suki Pantal and Dr Foster.

Other special guests appearing on stage for Q&A sessions include:

Kaleb Cooper, Adam Henson, Kate Humble and Farmer Will. Adam Wells will be providing A Perry Drinkers Guide

NEW Murf’s Burger School, supported by Weber and The Beefy Boys

Murf’s Burger School, hosted by Herefordshire’s very own award-winning chef Anthony ‘Murf’ Murphy, one of four founders of the increasingly popular independent restaurant group, The Beefy Boys.

Pitching up in a new-look food theatre, Murf will share his world-class, award-winning burger recipe that The Beefy Boys are so well-known for and give visitors top tips to recreate their own mouth-watering versions at home.

As well as hosting a BBQ competition for local chefs on Saturday 14th June, Murf will also run a fun parent and child Burger School on Sunday 15th June (SOLD OUT).

In addition, a special burger will be created in celebration of the Royal Three Counties Show and will feature on the menu at all four The Beefy Boys restaurants across May and June, and will be available for visitors to tuck into at the show.
