Local and celebrity chefs, cooks and bakers from across the three counties and beyond cook up a storm, providing inspiration, top tips and answers to all cooking related questions as they do. You’ll certainly find a range of sessions to suit every taste!

The line-up this year will include: Matt Tebbutt and Kate Humble. 

NEW Murf’s Burger School

Murf’s Burger School, hosted by Herefordshire’s very own award-winning chef Anthony ‘Murf’ Murphy, one of four founders of the increasingly popular independent restaurant group, The Beefy Boys.

Pitching up in a new-look food theatre, Murf will share his world-class, award-winning burger recipe that The Beefy Boys are so well-known for and give visitors top tips to recreate their own mouth-watering versions at home.

As well as hosting a BBQ competition for local chefs on Saturday 14^th June, Murf will also run a fun parent and child Burger School on Sunday 15^th June.

In addition, a special burger will be created in celebration of the Royal Three Counties Show and will feature on the menu at all four The Beefy Boys restaurants across May and June, and will be available for visitors to tuck into at the show.
