Where can I buy tickets?

You can buy your tickets for each Three Counties Agricultural Society show in advance online or by calling 0344 338 5400 (free to most landlines, open weekdays only). For most events tickets are available to buy on the day, check individual shows for availability and we encourage visitors to book in advance.

Please be aware that all advance tickets are available to purchase up until the day prior to the show until 23.59pm. After this point, all tickets purchased online or at the gate will be charged at our gate sale prices.

Tickets are available to purchase on the gate, subject to availability. It is always cheaper to buy tickets in advance and gate ticket sales close at 4pm.

I’m having trouble with my tickets, please can you help?

If you, your family or friends have bought tickets, start the day without a hitch by ensuring entry tickets are ready before arrival.

AXS App

If your tickets have been sent to the AXS app, please make sure the app is downloaded and your tickets are in there before you arrive. This will help prevent delays when entering the show for you and other attendees. Click here for guidance on how to acquire them.

Email Tickets

If tickets have been emailed, please make sure they’re downloaded onto your phone. We cannot accept screenshots.

What are next year’s Royal Three Counties Show dates?

What time does the show open?

Royal Three Counties Show is open from 8am to 6pm. Last admittance is 4pm.

The Old Bull bar tent, in partnership with Wye Valley Brewery and Westons, will be open and with live music on both Friday and Saturday evening until 9pm, for those wanting to stay later. Please note all other areas of the show will be closed from 6pm onwards on these days.

Can I bring my dog to Three Counties Showground?

Dogs are not permitted at Royal Three Counties Show.

Only assistance and participating dogs are permitted at the show and car parks and we do not have provision on site for other dogs.

Please leave your pets at home if you are visiting us and please don’t leave dogs in cars. Anyone who leaves dogs unattended in vehicles will be asked to leave the showground.

I would like to find accommodation close to the showground, can you give me information on where to stay?

There’s plenty of accommodation available in the local area. Take a look at our Local Area section for details of where to stay in and around the Three Counties Showground.

I attend several of the shows each year, is there a discount ticket available?

For regular visitors to Three Counties’ events, Membership offers excellent value for money against ticket prices with added benefits.

Do children require adult supervision at events?

No under 16s will be allowed entry onto the Three Counties Showground or into any show unless accompanied by a parent, responsible adult or carer.

What should I do if I lose something or someone on the premises?

If you miss place items at Royal Three Counties Show, please report this to the Information Office. If you get separated from your family/party or children at the show, please advise the closest steward who will be able to assist you.

Can I smoke at the showground?

Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed or partially enclosed public areas.
